Trailers for Commercial Tiny House Builders

The Unified Construction Method® starts with the trailer:

Elements 1 & 2 of the Unified Construction Method® are directly related to how the trailer integrates with the floor and the walls of the tiny house.

The Floor Joist Tie-Downs and the Stud Wall Tie-Downs are placed in exactly the right positions to create a strong horizontal attachment system between the trailer and the tiny house building to withstand vibration and wind-forces.

When you use elements 1 and 2 correctly on a Fred’s Tiny House Trailer your client qualifies for receiving a Certificate of Authentication from Fred’s Tiny Houses signifying that their house was built using a Bronze standard of the Unified Construction Method®.

The Bronze Unified Construction Method® is when the builder has used 1 to 2 of the 4 elements that make up the Unified Construction Method®.

The Bronze Unified Construction Method® is when the builder has used 1 to 2 of the 4 elements that make up the Unified Construction Method®.

How do I offer my clients a Silver or Gold standard of the UCM®?

To qualify for a Silver standard you need to provide proof of accurately applying one other element of the UCM®.

To qualify for a Gold standard you must provide proof of accurately applying all 4 Elements of the UCM®.
